All the chinese fir batten for the bracket will be fumigated and marked as standard. The package is suitable for domestic transportation and ocean transportation

Product Application
Square regenerative aluminum melting furnace, adopting regenerative burner, can rapidly melt solid materials (e.g., aluminum ingot, deformative aluminum alloy flotsam) that can be charged by special charging tools (such as forklifts, special charging cart). After melting, liquid aluminum will be effective, full mixed so that it can be more uniform in temperature and composition. The furnace is mainly used for the melting of remelting aluminum ingots, and deformative aluminum alloy flotsam. It also has the function of heating, refining & slagging-off, insulating and draining of liquid aluminum for casting. This series of furnace is mainly applied in the aluminum casting plant of aluminum profile and aluminum board.

Main Features

Ceramic ball
The structure of ceramic ball has been improved greatly compared with the traditional type. Now, we use the ball made by mullite stone, with centre hole and groove on the ball. Not only increase the heat transfer area,but can also prevent the blocking of the heat storage body,therefore, the replacement cycle of ceramic ball is extended while making a smaller regenerative box compared with traditional type. The grate of regenerative furnace adopts 0Cr25Ni20 stainess steel, with good heat resisiting and corrosion resisiting performance.
hydraulic push-rod charging cart
Adopts hydraulic push-rod charging cart to send the baled scraps into furnace. The baled scraps are put into the charging hopper manually or with a crane. Start up the charging cart, it moves on the track and automatically locates when it reach the melting furnace door. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the hopper to the preset position, start up the pusher plater hydraulic cyliner and send the baled scraps in the hopper into the furnace.
Permanent magnet stirrer
1. Reducing melting loss: improving the yield of aluminum. 2. Reducing energy consumption: Within 2-3℃ temperature different of the molten aluminum. 3. Improve productivity: shortened by 8%-30% than without using it. 4. Alloy composition uniform: chemical composition deviation of casted alloy ≤0.1%, alloy deviation inside aluminum ≤0.2%.
